User Payouts

We made it!  We’ve now been around long enough for our users to reap the benefits of our system.  A significant portion of our userbase has just received their first $10 payout, a few of whom made more than half of this in referral income.

Initially, we overlooked the fact that users would sign up with an email address besides the one linked to their PayPal account.  We corrected this quickly by allowing users to enter their PayPal email address on the finance page, but this caused the finance page to crash for users viewing it for the first time.  This is a cookies issue, and if you are still having trouble accessing the finance page, just delete the cookies from your browser and the problem will vanish.

Stay tuned for an entry about the future directions of this site…

  3. Got my first payout through paypal. It worked like a charm after I relogged in. Thanks and keep up the good work. I have noticed that I haven’t received any new stories to digg in about 2 days. Cheers S&P

  7. How ’bout a discount for those that want to turn their money back into digs?

It’s in everyone’s interest to keep my money flowing around the system, not removed to my Paypal account.

  11. How many “fake digs” do you have to make before the payout comes through? I’m a student and know lots of people who will do this, but only want to start making referals once I’ve been paid (so that I KNOW it works)

  13. If you are a student and you are paid 50cents per list of stories and every list is about 3-6 stories long and you need to get to $10 to cash out…you can do the math :-D. But if you can’t it would probably be about 100 stories or so to digg (without referrals).

  15. I think it’s about time you let the money tree go wild, I really shouldn’t have to check the site/my mail when to digg, i should be able to make cash all the time! :)

  17. James I totally agree. I really don’t like seeing.

#1 You earned $0.75 about 17 hours ago.
    #2 You earned $0.75 3 days ago.

If there is anything I can do to help with S&P I would be happy to help. I just want the users to be as happy as the digg buyers with their payouts.

  19. OK, I’ll rephrase my question. If I make $10 worth of Digg’s this afternoon, when will I see $10 in my bank account?

  21. After you press the withdraw money button, It took about 1 day or less to get into my paypal account. Then typical paypal withdraw times will apply, maybe about another day.
