First of all, you need to have a Facebook username. If you have a Facebook username, you can view your profile by going to http://www.facebook.com/USERNAME, where your username is in the place of the text "USERNAME". Your username is not the same as your real name, which shows up on your profile page. If you don't have a username, you can get one by logging in to Facebook, and going to Settings:Account Settings. Once you've got your Facebook username set up, login to http://subvertandprofit.com/social#Facebook and enter your username. Now you are eligible to receive Facebook tasks.
We have two types of Facebook tasks — (1) URLs and phrases and (2) Fans. You use your one Facebook username for both.
The first type of task is called "URLs and phrases." For these tasks, you will be given a set of phrases (some of which may simply be URLs). You need to post the different URLs and phrases on your Facebook wall in order to get verified. For URLs, make sure you are posting the complete text of the URL, beginning with "http://", on your wall. Once you've done this, you can verify the task by going to http://www.facebook.com/USERNAME and clicking the verify button on the S&P toolbar.
The second type of task is called "Fans." In order to verify these, you need to visit the URLs provided, which will be Facebook Fan Pages. At each Fan Page, click the Become a Fan button to become a Fan of the Page. Once you have done that, you can get verified by going to http://www.facebook.com/USERNAME?v=info, where the name of the Fan Page should now appear, and clicking the verify button on the S&P toolbar. Because Facebook will display a random selection of Pages, you may need to refresh your Facebook info page a few times until the Pages from the task appear. Once they do, you will be able to verify.
Our system reverifies your social actions. If found reversed, we will reverse task credit and reserve the right to delete your account.

Once you've posted the tweets, you can verify the task by going to http://twitter.com/USERNAME, where your username is in the place of the text "USERNAME", and clicking the verify button on the S&P toolbar.
For "Followers", the tasks will consist of a set of links to different Twitter accounts. In order to get verified, you need to follow all of the Twitter accounts in the task. To follow Twitter accounts, click the "Follow" button on that person's Twitter page. Once you have followed all of the Twitter accounts from the task, you can get verified by going to http://twitter.com/USERNAME/following and clicking the verify button on the S&P toolbar.
